We offer three diamond quality tiers:

• D- VVS - 3EX (Best): Colorless, top clarity, and triple excellent cut.
  
• E - VS - VG (Closest to Natural): Slightly off-color but still bright and clear, with a Very Good cut. We recommend this option for its natural-looking brilliance and soft fire—our customers often can't tell it's lab-grown!
  
• G - SI - VG: Slightly more inclusions and warmth, great value for budget-conscious buyers.
  

Through extensive testing, we found that E – VS – VG diamonds provide the closest visual match to natural diamonds. The slightly warmer color and softer brilliance mimic what you'd expect from high-end natural stones—without looking overly “perfect” or glassy like many lab-grown diamonds.

Because most of our pieces are made-to-order and custom-crafted for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons. However, if there’s a manufacturing defect or issue upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, email us at dianovajewelrys@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll review the case and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Yes! We offer one year of complimentary repairs for issues related to manufacturing. For accidental damage or wear-and-tear, we’re happy to provide a repair quote—just send us an email and we’ll take care of the rest.
