It depends on your choice of stone, metal, and design complexity. Most of our custom pieces start around $1000–$2500, but we’ll work within your budget.
Can you create a custom piece from a photo I found online?
Yes! We can replicate or adapt any design you love. Just upload a photo or sketch — and we’ll make it uniquely yours.
Do I need to pay in full before seeing the 3D design?
We typically require a deposit to begin the design process. The final balance is paid once you approve the 3D model.
Can I cancel my custom order?
You can cancel before 24 hours of the order. Once the design is approved and production begins, cancellations or refunds are no longer available.
Can I return or exchange my custom piece?
Because each piece is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will work closely with you to ensure you’re 100% happy before production.
